Wise Custom Boxes owns the materials used for the production of our products and does not share or sell these materials to third parties. We reserve the right to distribute free samples or display custom-created printed boxes to showcase our expertise and designs.

You are responsible for any material you upload, share, publicize, or distribute through our website. You must ensure that any material you upload does not include any copyrighted work of any third party unless you have obtained permission. - ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
To receive our products, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information. By placing an order, you confirm you have the necessary rights and authority. You are responsible for any orders placed through your account. - INDEMNIFICATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wise Custom Boxes from any claims or damages arising from your actions. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for your order. - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If you find issues with your product, inform us within 3 business days. We will reprint at no cost if the fault is on our end. Send digital photos within 7 business days. - PAYMENT, ORDER PLACEMENT, AND CANCELLATIONS
All prices are in USD. No hidden charges. Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- Within 4 hours of proof approval: $25 + 5%
- Within 24 hours: 50% of total payment
- After 24 hours: No cancellation
Design services are non-refundable.
- CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK/FILES
Provide artwork in 300 dpi and CMYK format. We are not responsible for issues caused by other formats. - PROOFS AND COLOR ACCURACY
You are responsible for proof approval. Color variations up to 5% are not eligible for reprint unless a hard proof was ordered. - NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS
We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork. - PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY
Production begins after payment and artwork approval. Standard production: 4-7 business days. Free standard shipping included. - GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. - CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE AND TERMS
